How long will it take for my order?

We produce each order in our workshop, located in the Grand-Est region.

We need 48/72 hours on average for production.
This is informative data that may vary depending on current demand.
This is 72 working hours, Monday to Friday.

As soon as the order is finalized, it leaves immediately from our premises, to La Poste or Mondial Relay.

If your order is urgent: remember to give us this information in the comments, we will process it as quickly as possible.

Will I receive my order?

We handle each order with care and ship each one in a suitable container (letter or parcel).

You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and sent .

You will receive a tracking number for each order placed on our store.

These tracking numbers will allow you to track your shipment with La Poste or Mondial Relay, depending on your choice.

How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us directly through the store so we can help you quickly.

Each complaint is carefully studied.

  • If it is an error, a manufacturing defect, an oversight... ( which is rare, rest assured ), you will need to provide us with some photos to justify the request.
  • If you still have not been delivered, have your order and tracking number ready as well as any other information you think will be useful to make your claim.

In any case, the only way to let us know about your problem is to contact us via the store's contact page .

Do you have any advice on how to apply my stickers?

Depending on your choice of stickers, we have some tutorials and articles that can help you.

OUR NEWS AND ADVICE BLOG brings together some very interesting articles and reports on sticker assembly in different categories.

Also, you will also find tutorial videos and/or preparation and application advice under each product offered, in a dedicated tab, located under the add to cart button.
