Your most frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order?
We produce each order in our workshop, located in the Grand-Est region.
Except in exceptional circumstances, we need 48/72 hours on average for production.
This is informative data that may vary depending on current demand.
This is 72 working hours, Monday to Friday.
Cases where this duration may be extended:
- If there is high demand, then we display an alert message at the top of the store.
- If it is a custom or complex order, it will take us more time.
As soon as the order is finalized, it leaves immediately from our premises, at La Poste or Mondial Relay and you receive your tracking number by email.
If your order is urgent: remember to leave this information in the comments, we will process it as quickly as possible.
Will I receive my order?
We handle each order with care and ship each one in a suitable container (letter or parcel).
You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and sent .
You will receive a tracking number for each order placed on our store.
These tracking numbers will allow you to track your shipment with La Poste or Mondial Relay, depending on your choice.
Where do you deliver?
We ship orders throughout France and internationally!
We use 2 carriers:
- La Poste: in tracked letter or colissimo format, deliverable to the address of your choice.
- Mondial Relay: in parcel format, deliverable to a store or locker collection point.
How do I report a problem with my order?
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us directly through the store so we can help you quickly.
Each complaint is carefully studied.
- If it is an error, a manufacturing defect, an oversight... ( which is rare, rest assured ), you will need to provide us with some photos to justify the request.
- If you still have not been delivered, have your order and tracking number ready as well as any other information you think will be useful to make your claim.
In any case, the only way to let us know about your problem is to contact us via the store's contact page .
⚠ Please note , however, that your orders are treated as custom-made, if it is an error on your part (spelling error, wrong choice of colors, dimensions, etc.) we will not be able to take back your order.
Do you have any advice on how to apply my stickers?
Depending on your choice of stickers, we have some tutorials and articles that can help you.

Also, you will also find tutorial videos and/or preparation and application advice under each product offered, in a dedicated tab, located under the add to cart button.

Pourquoi je ne peux pas vous joindre par téléphone ?
En effet comme vous l'avez remarqué, nous n'affichons pas de ligne téléphonique.
La raison est simple : Il est bien plus facile d'expliquer un projet par mail puisque des photos, images, croquis et bien d'autres détails... peuvent y être inclus. Et nous gardons une trace de tout cela.
Aussi, lorsque nous devons vous renvoyer un devis ou un projet, vous êtes sûr de le recevoir sans erreur d'e-mail.
Et en plus : Nous sommes très réactif pour vous répondre, parfois même les week end.
Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, quand cela est nécessaire, nous sommes ravie de vous appeler au téléphone.
